Who we are
Overdrive is a short-video service for Minecraft servers, run by Stellan's Media ("we", "us"). You can reach us any time through a ticket in our Discord.
Plans and payment
The Trial Pack is $12 a video for 1 to 5 videos, paid once. Pro is $299 a month for 30 videos and Max is $499 a month for 60 videos. Prices are in US dollars. Payments go through PayPal. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
Your videos
Once a video is paid for, you can use it however you like, for your server, on any platform. We may show finished videos in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to in a ticket.
What you give us
You confirm you have the right to everything you send us: logos, server names, footage and links. On Pro and Max you create and own your social media accounts and let us post to them for you. You can remove our access at any time.
Changes
Ask for a change by commenting on the video in your dashboard. Changes come back within 48 hours, or 24 hours on Max.
Cancelling, pausing and refunds
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your PayPal account or through a Discord ticket, and pause it through a ticket. Cancelling stops the next payment; the month you have paid for runs to its end. Videos we have already delivered are not refunded. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, open a ticket and we will refund the videos we did not make.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. We can close an account that is used to abuse the service, and we will refund any videos not yet delivered.
Results
View and join counts on our site are past results for other servers. We work to get your server seen, but we cannot promise a set number of views, players or sales.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For a change that affects a plan you pay for, we tell you before your next payment.
